MCP-200 Infrared Analyzer
Compact, modular design
An online analytical instrument for real-time monitoring of the concentration of chemical components that absorb infrared radiation. With its compact and modular engineering design, the MCP-200 can be installed and operated independently or integrated as a module into other analytical systems.
Product Features
Automated Infrared Process Analysis
Fast, continuous readings Precision Process Control No need for recalibration. The auto-zeroing function ensures measurement stability. Patented optical flow cell design Define the flow cell length according to the application.
Initial intention: independent installation and modular design
Modular design Can be easily integrated into any of our analytical systems. Sturdy and compact appearance design Aluminum die-cast enclosure paired with a 316 stainless steel flow cell.
Process environment
It can analyze both liquids and gases. Use a suitable sample pretreatment system. Can directly analyze hot/humid samples Accepts high-temperature/high-pressure samples
Usage cost
No consumable materials or reagents. In addition to purging with standard gas, Low maintenance requirements Simply require wiping the lenses once a month. Instrument with an all-solid-state structure A product that stands out from the competition due to its lack of moving parts.
Compatibility
Explosion-proof certificate Class I Div 1 & 2; ATEX; GOST... View certifications No-analysis cabin Products that can be installed directly outdoors
Application areas
MCP-200 is used to measure the following chemical substances:
- Carbon monoxide | CO
- Carbon dioxide | CO 2
- Ethylene | C 2 H 4
- Methane | CH 4
- Water | H 2 O
Technical concept
Technical concept
The MCP-200 employs non-dispersive infrared spectrophotometry. In a complete infrared analysis system, the MCP-200 is paired with a non-dispersive infrared spectrophotometer operating in the 2- to 10-micron wavelength range, a tungsten-halogen light source, and a specially designed optical flow cell. The length of the optical path within the flow cell is determined by the specific application.
When the MCP-200 is operating, the detector and the HMI communicate via serial connection.
Technical Parameters
The following technical specifications are based on the premise that all components and the sample system are supplied by AAI, and that the system installation has been approved by AAI. For technical specifications under other conditions, please consult AAI’s sales team directly.
